All occupants of the room must present an original and valid identity document to check in and stay at our establishment.

Valid identity documents are as follows:

  • Passport in force and not expired.
  • Identity card from a European Union country in force and not expired.
  • The driving license is considered a valid identity document only for Spanish citizens.

Our reception is open 24 hours, every day of the year.

Your room will be available from 13:00 p.m. In the event that you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge until the room is ready.

If you prefer to access your room before 13:00 p.m., we offer the early check-in service with a supplement. This service is subject to availability and it is recommended to request it in advance.

On the day of your departure, you must check out of your room before 11am.

If you wish to extend your stay for a few more hours, we offer a late check-out service subject to availability and an additional fee.

Additionally, we can store your luggage for free.

Grupo Madanis carefully maintains and cares for the facilities to ensure the best possible experience for its customers. Therefore, when staying at the hotel, a fully refundable security deposit will be required.

This deposit can be made with a valid credit/debit card or 50€ in cash. The security deposit is refunded in full at the time of check-out, as long as there have been no damages to the room or common areas due to improper or inappropriate use of the facilities.

The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Maestro cards are only accepted for payments made on-site at the hotel, but cannot be used as a deposit guarantee.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 7:30am to 11am

Our hotel has a restaurant open from Monday to Sunday, both for lunch and dinner.

Our restaurant hours are:

Lunch: 1pm to 3:30pm

Dinner: 7pm to 10:30pm

Both breakfast and the restaurant have programs for intolerances or other dietary restrictions. Contact the hotel directly for more information on this matter.

Our hotel has a parking lot equipped with an electric charger.

It is forbidden to bring bicycles or electric scooters into the building or into the rooms. The hotel has an area inside the parking lot with 24-hour video surveillance where you can store your bicycle or scooter.

No. In this case, for families of 4 or more people, depending on our availability, we can book two adjoining or nearby rooms on the same floor, but in no case may there be more than 3 people per room (including babies or children).

Minors under 18 years old can stay with the permission of their parents or legal guardians. In such case, our team will provide them with a “Travel Authorization for Minors” form, which must be accompanied by a copy or scanned version of the legal guardian’s identification document.

Yes, due to limited availability, we kindly ask you to check with our staff before booking your stay for the availability of the adapted room for your desired dates.

Yes, each room has a hairdryer.

If you want a water boiler or kettle, you must request it at the reception and it will be brought up to your room immediately.

We have a laundry service, the rates for which can be found on a sheet of paper in the wardrobe in your room. If you need an iron and ironing board, you can ask for them at reception.

Yes, we have a massage service focused on relaxing the muscles of the whole body, releasing tension caused by overload, stress or exhaustion in general.
