All occupants of the room must present an original and valid identity document to check in and stay in our establishment.

Valid identity documents are as follows:

  • Valid and unexpired passport.
  • A valid and unexpired identity card from a European Union country.
  • The driving licence is considered a valid identity document only in the case of Spanish citizens.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Your room will be available from 1:00 p.m. onwards. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge until your room is ready.
If you prefer to access your room before 1:00 p.m., we offer an early check-in service for a supplement. This service is subject to availability and early check-in is recommended.

On the day of your departure you must vacate your room before 11am.
If you wish to extend your stay a few more hours, we have a late check-out service, subject to availability and at a supplement.
We can also store your luggage free of charge.

The Madanis Group takes great care and maintains the facilities to ensure the best possible experience for its guests. Therefore, when staying at the hotel, a fully refundable security deposit will be required.

This deposit can be made with a valid credit/debit card or €50 in cash.
The security deposit is refunded in full at the time of check-out, provided that no damage has been caused to your room or the common areas due to improper or inappropriate use of the facilities.

The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Maestro cards are only accepted for on-site payments at the hotel, but cannot be used as a security deposit.

Monday to Friday: 7am to 10:30am

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 7:30am to 11am

Our hotel has a restaurant open from Monday to Sunday, both for lunch and dinner.

Our restaurant opening hours are:

Meals: 13h to 15:30h

Dinners: 19h to 10:30h

Both breakfast and the restaurant have programmes for intolerances or other dietary restrictions. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

No. In this case, for families of 4 or more people, depending on our availability, we can book two adjoining or nearby rooms on the same floor, but in no case may there be more than 3 people per room (including babies or children).

Minors under 18 years of age may stay with the permission of their parents or legal guardians. In this case, our team will provide them with a ‘Travel Authorisation for Minors’ form, which must be accompanied by a copy or a scanned version of the legal guardian’s identity document.

Yes, due to limited availability, we kindly ask you to check with our staff before booking your stay for the availability of the adapted room for your desired dates.

Yes, each room has a hairdryer.

If you would like a kettle, please ask for it at reception and it will be brought up to your room.

We have a laundry service, the rates for which can be found on a sheet of paper in the wardrobe in your room. If you need an iron and ironing board, you can ask for them at reception.

Yes, we have a massage service focused on relaxing the muscles of the whole body, releasing tension caused by overload, stress or exhaustion in general.

Yes, the hotel has a swimming pool which is open from May to October, although it is important to note that its availability is subject to change due to weather conditions.
